Website Developement Rates

Consulting

Included in the cost of your website is a consulting fee. Here is a breakdown of what that includes:

1. Free Introduction Call - During this call we will introduce ourselves and discuss your need for a website. We will then review my development process so that we know what to expect from each other. If you have an existing website, we will review it and critique it at this time. We will also discuss the benefits of online marketing and start building a strategy for success.
2. Website Agreement - You will receive a copy of the website agreement via email. Please review, sign and return a copy of the proposal to me. In addition, please include your first payment: I accept check, cash and Credit Cards via a verified PayPal account.
   • Note: FIRST PAYMENT DUE - 50%
3. New Client Questionnaire Call - Upon the receipt of the signed contract and first payment, I will then email you a new client intake form. This form will include several questions about the aesthetics and functionality of the website.
4. Discovery - Once I have received the New Client Questionnaire, I will then :
   Gather your marketing collateral
   Create a Navigation Flowchart
   Create a Keyword list
   Develop a color palette
   Select Fonts
   Sketch layout thumbnails
   Purchase stock photos
   Purchase Web Hosting and a Domain Name (if necessary)
5. Design Mock-Up- After my discovery is complete, and meets your approval, I will then create a Home Page Mock-Up
6. Programming - When I have your final approval on the Design, I will then create a master Template for your website. The template may not yet be fully functional, but it will be close.

   If you chose to develop a customizable template, we will select one at this time.
7. Programming Approval - When the template is nearly complete, we will review a sample of the website online. If necessary, I will then make adjustments to the code.
8. Content Build-Out - When I have your final approval on the Template, I will then fill-in the rest of the pages of content on your site.
9. Final Approval - Once the programming is 100% complete we will review the website one final time before we launch live. When you are fully satisfied, and I have received the final payment, I will then make your website live.
   • Note: FINAL PAYMENT DUE - 50%
10. Optimization - Once the website is live I will finish the optimization and then we can discuss a Maintenance Contract. Please note that maintaining a website is just important as having a website.
